Speaking to Health Minister Faouzi Mehdi during a plenary session held today, MP Mabrouk Korchid told the health ministry has not honoured its promises to the Tunisian people.
On March 12, the Minister of Health had vowed that 250,000 people will be vaccinated daily and that 250,000 of the Pfizer vaccine will arrive in Tunisia, he evoked.
The MP criticised that medical students get vaccinated before health professionals at the forefront line, adding that Tunisians no longer trust the promises of the health ministry.
Korchid also strongly criticized the lack of visibility and organization, as well as the lack of a precise vaccination program and the random distribution of vaccination centres.
