Tunisia – Mahdia: sea washes up 10 corpses in one day

10 human corpses, probably those of sub-Saharan Africans, were discovered on various coasts of the Mahdia region, along the coast between the towns of Chebba and Salkata.

The sea washed up 8 bodies at La Chebba Beach, one body at El-Ghedhabna Beach and one body at Salkata Beach.

They were examined and then moved to the forensic medicine department of Tahar Sfar University Hospital to collect DNA samples for identification purposes.
