The court specializing in financial embezzlement cases at the Tunis court of first instance reported this Wednesday, the examination of the lobbying case involving Ennahdha leader Rached Ghannouchi and his son-in-law Rafik Bouchlaka who is currently abroad.
This case involves the reception of illicit funding from abroad during the last electoral campaign.
Note that none of the two accused was present today before the Court, and that a mandate to bring was issued against Rafik Bouchlaka.
