Tunisia-Medenine: A justice executive attacked by a judge

Judicial officers and officials in Medenine maintained that their colleague Sadok Merkhi was the victim of violence by a  judge at the Court of Appeal.
This act of violence caused him “serious wounds”, particularly to the nose and left throat and the entire left part of his body, in addition to moral damage.
The regional union of justice officials and executives has hence decided to observe a strike in all judicial bodies under the Medenine Court of Appeal until the required measures are taken against the perpetrator of the violence.
They further emphasised the significance of protecting justice officials and officials from possible future assaults.
