Abdellatif Mekki remarked on Sunday, January 30, 2022, on the dismissal of the head of the presidential cabinet, Nadia Akacha.
In a post published on his Facebook page, Mekki believed that “the dismissal of Akacha means that Kaïs Saïed is under the influence of a lobby which was one of the significant forces at the time of Zine Abidine Ben Ali. They use him when he believes he is exploiting them. And it is Tunisia that will pay the bill, but it will end up winning,” he wrote.
