The vigilance map on the official website of the National Meteorological Institute revealed a high alert level, with four governorates marked in orange due to high temperatures.
These governorates are Beja, Jendouba, Kebili, and Tozeur.
The weather situation in these governorates will be marked by hot conditions, with the appearance of Sirocco winds.
The institute cautioned that the risk is greater for children, elderly people, those with chronic diseases or mental disorders, as well as chronic medication users and people who live alone. Athletes and individuals who work outdoors must be cautious to avoid dehydration and sunstroke.
