Tunisia-Minister of Defense: No dose of UAE donation vaccine has been utilised by the Presidency of the Republic

Speaking at today hearing session, the Minister of Defense Brahim Bartagi, confirmed that the Presidency of the Republic did not use any of the vaccines that were given to Tunisia as part of the Emirati donation.

He revealed that the Presidency of the Republic had received 1000 doses of the Chinese Sinopharm vaccine which were promptly made available to the General Directorate of Military Health.

Nevertheless, this vaccine has still not been authorized by the Ministry of Health, he added.
