Tunisia-Minister of Finance announces good news to Tunisians

Speaking on Monday, on the sidelines of a debate on the “2024 Finance Law and the new tax provisions” organized by the Council of Mixed Chambers of Tunisia, Minister of Finance Sihem Nemsia reported that Tunisia has repaid all its domestic and external debts for 2023, despite all the constraints confronted by public finances.

The minister clarified that during the year 2023, public finances experienced great problems due to an extremely tense regional and international context and an exacerbation of climate change, having generated an increase in investment rates. inflation and prices of necessities on a global scale, as reported by the TAP agency.
