Acting minister of economy Sihem Boughdiri stressed that the exceptional circumstances that Tunisia is going through does not form an obstacle to the implementation of collaboration programs, in particular with regard to the preparation of the complementary finance law for the year 2021 as well as that of next year.
During her meeting with the European Union Ambassador to Tunisia, Marcos Cornaro, the Minister reemphasised Tunisia’s commitment to implement the reforms needed to increase economic competitiveness and achieve better social progress, highlighting the significance of relationships between Tunisia with the European Union.
For his part, Marcos Cornaro asserted the commitment of the European Union to continue to support Tunisia in particular during this exceptional period.
