The former minister and retired secretary-general of Attayar Mohamed Abbou examined the current situation in the country.
Speaking to Shems FM, Abbou, who maintains that the situation has definitely deteriorated in Tunisia, called on the head of state to mobilize the army to avoid the worst scenario.
“Today we have reached a situation which entails the mobilization of the Army, we can no longer continue like this,” he implied.
In this sense, he called on the President of the Republic to convoke the Minister of the Interior to apply these exceptional provisions. “The President of the Republic can put certain people who constitute a threat to Tunisia under surveillance”, he added.
