Tunisia-Mohamed Abbou: ” Ennahdha and Qalb Tounes place is in prison”

The former secretary-general of the Democratic Current  Mohamed Abbou opened fire on the Ennahdha-Qalb Tounes axis.

In an interview with Al-Charaa Al Magharibi, he accused both parties of corruption, saying that “their place is in prison today”.

“It is shameful to sit alongside Ennahdha and Qalb Tounes and consult with those who are corrupt. They have an interest in Tunisia being in a state of perpetual destabilization and chaos because if the laws are applied, they will be jailed, ”he explained.

Abbou called for the establishment of the rule of law before thinking about investments and development, because currently, he says, Tunisia does not incite confidence and could not attract investors.

He also called on the President of the Republic to intervene and enforce the constitution. “As the supreme head of the armed forces, the President of the Republic can intervene to settle several cases”, he concluded.
