Tunisia-Mongi Rahoui: kais Saied is not a dictator and I will participate in the national dialogue

In a statement to a private radio channel, Frozen MP Mongi Rahoui said that MPs calling for the return of parliament are further defending the legitimacy of the assassinations and corruption. According to him, the legitimacy of the ballot boxes is just a pretence since the Court of Auditors has already reported on the multiple transgressions that took place during election campaigns.

Mongi Rahoui, similarly announced that he will partake in the national dialogue that the President of the Republic Kais Saied has promised to launch upon the appointment of the government while emphasising the significance of reviewing the political regime.

To this end, he stressed the necessity to fix a deadline for the measures announced in Decree 117, believing that the success of the Najla Bouden government will depend on the revision of some laws during this delicate period.
