During his working visit to the Principality of Monaco, Nabil Ammar, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration, and Tunisians Abroad, engaged in an informal meeting with Christian Estrosi, Mayor of Nice and president of the Nice – Côte d’Azur Metropolis, on Sunday, February 25, 2024, in Nice. The meeting furthermore saw the participation of Lotfi Baalouchi, Consul General of Tunisia in Nice, and Riadh Jaidane, Vice-President of the Assembly of People’s Representatives and representative of Tunisians abroad.
The meeting was a chance to examine in particular Mediterranean and regional cooperation, the twinning of Nice with the city of Sousse in Tunisia, as well as the contribution of Tunisian residents to the economic and social life of the region.
