Tunisia-Nejib Chebbi: Suspension of judges’ dismissal confirms Saied’s decision is arbitrary (Video)

National Salvation Front founder Ahmed Nejib Chebbi remarked this Wednesday, August 10, 2022, on the decision to suspend the case of dismissed magistrates.

Speaking to Tunisie Numérique, Chebbi believed that the decision of the administrative court for most of the dismissed judges confirms that the decision of the President of the Republic Kais Saied is arbitrary and that the process of July 25, 2021, is illegitimate and unconstitutional.
