Tunisia-New appointments at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

The President of the Republic, Kais Saïed has today designated five new directors general within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad:

The appointed are:

  • Samia Elhem Ammar, Minister Plenipotentiary Hors Classe, in charge of the functions of Director General of Economic, Cultural Diplomacy and Strategic Planning
  • Jalel Snoussi, Senior Minister Plenipotentiary, in charge of the functions of Director General for Africa and African regional organizations
  • Naceur Essid, public services advisor, in charge of the functions of director-general of consular affairs
  • Ahmed Ben Sghaier, Minister Plenipotentiary, in charge of the functions of Director-General of the Arab World and of Arab and Islamic Organizations
  • Khalil Tazarki, Public Services Advisor, in charge of the functions of Director General for Europe, the European Union and the Mediterranean.
