Speaking to Express FM,Director of the National Observatory of New and Emerging Diseases Nissaf Ben Alaya said “We are now finding the COVID 19 virus in many regions because we are in the stage of coexisting with the virus, and preventive measures and health vigilance are being strengthened according to their description”.
Ben Alya indicated that the field investigation is taking longer due to the increase in the number of cases, saying: We are recording between 300 and 400 new cases daily and 3 or 4 deaths per day and the number of people residing in hospitals is about 100, and there are currently 9 people residing in resuscitation departments.
She added, “We must adhere to preventive measures if we are to continue our normal life.”
