Tunisia-Noureddine Taboubi: UGTT new headquarters will be inaugurated on May 1 (Statement)

In a statement to Tunisie Numérique, UGTT Secretary General Noureddine Taboubi stated that the National Administrative Commission of the UGTT met today March 7, 2024, to defend union rights, social dialogue and agreements signed.

“Measures will be adopted by the Executive Office of the UGTT,” said the SG of the UGTT who reported that the inauguration of the historic headquarters of the UGTT at the emblematic Place Mohamed Ali-Hammi, in Tunis is scheduled for May 1, 2024, which will also be marked by a large union rally and a national march in the centre of the capital.
