The President of the High Independent Authority for Audiovisual Communication (HAICA), Nouri Lajmi, declared today, Tuesday, September 27, 2022, that since July 25, 2021, communications have been cut between Haica, the Presidency of the Republic and the presidency of the government.
He added that Haica transmitted several correspondences to the presidencies, but received no reply.
Lajmi emphasised that the media sector in Tunisia is experiencing a kind of uncertainty, given the delay in the promulgation of new laws which will substitute decrees 115 and 116.
