Tunisia-Palestine Embassy in Tunisia condemns terrorist attack

Palestine Ambassador to Tunisia Hayel Fahoum extended his deep condolence and firm condemnation of the terrorist attack that happened today at Sousse.

In a press release, the embassy said ‘in the wake of the cowardly terrorist act that took place this morning, Sunday, September 6, 2020, in Akouda, in the state of Sousse, the Ambassador of the State of Palestine to the Tunisian Republic, Hayel  -Fahoum, and all the members of the embassy staff strongly condemn this cowardly terrorist act that led to the martyrdom of Sami Murabit and the injury  Rami Imam, They also consider this attack a monstrous crime against humanity and the right to live in peace, security, tolerance and coexistence. The embassy declares its standing and unlimited solidarity with brotherly  Tunisia, president, government and people in the face of intimidation and crime schemes targeting the security and stability of the country. As these criminal acts are totally rejected in all tolerant religions, customs and values, especially the religion of Islam, which forbids aggression against others.

The statement asked the almighty to bring patience to the family of the martyr and wished a speedy recovery for the wounded officer.
