Tunisia-Panic in Jendouba hospital after a resident tests positive for COVID-19

Secretary-General for the syndicate of agents and hospital frameworks at Jendouba regional hospital Bilel  El Ferchichi announced that the hospital is witnessing a state of fear and panic after a woman who had returned before Eid al-Adha from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia tested positive for COVID-19, Mosaique FM reported.

The same source said that the woman stayed in an isolation ward in the emergency department for two days, she left before her results are out. She came in contact with nurses, doctors, family and neighbours in the community where she lives.

El Ferchichi expressed his surprise at the delay in the intervention of the regional administration, the Disaster Response Committee and the coronavirus response committee to take the necessary measures and measures in this regard.
