Tunisia-Parliament approves law on civil liability resulting from use of vaccines

The parliamentary health committee at the House of People Representatives adopted at the conclusion of a meeting held on Wednesday, the law concerning civil liability resulting from the use of vaccines and medicines against the “SARS-Cov2” virus and compensation for damages that may result..

This law stipulates that compensation for victims of potential complications from the vaccine must be shouldered by the state budget. This law frees producers, retailers, as well as local service providers who conduct out vaccination.

They cannot, under any conditions, be sued or liable for compensation in the event of complications, or even death.
