Following the violations perpetrated against the inhabitants of “Sheikh Jarrah” in East Jerusalem, the PDL communicated its absolute solidarity with the Palestinian people while denouncing the military and security operations carried out by the Israeli occupation.
The party reiterated its commitment to support the Palestinian cause and the Palestinian movements with all possible means repeating its readiness to strengthen national and international efforts to handle this type of aggression.
The PDL likewise denounced the eviction of Palestinian families from their houses in “Sheikh Jarrah” to evacuate East Jerusalem of its inhabitants.
It also called on the international community, policymakers and international parliaments to stop the Israeli occupation policy directed at fighting religious pluralism by expelling the Palestinian people from their lands.
The party also called on the parliament to hold a parliamentary session dedicated to the Palestinian cause.
