Tunisia-Photo : Parliament presents New composition of parliamentary groups

House Speaker Rached Ghannouchi declared on May 19 at the opening of the plenary session the new structure of the parliamentary group.

He announced the official resignation of MPs Lamia Jaïdane, Salma Maalej and Meherzia Laabidi joined parliamentary groups al-Mostaqbal and the Democratic Bloc and Ennahdha’s respectively.

Below is the  new  composition of parliamentary groups:

Ennahdha : 54 deputies

Democratic Bloc : 39 deputies

Qalb Tounes: 28 deputies

Al-Karama Coalition: 19 deputies

Free Destourian Party: 16 deputies

National Reform : 16 deputies

Tahya Tounes: 14 deputies

Al-Watania: 9 deputies

Al-Mostaqbal: 9 deputies

Independents: 13 deputies.
