After consultation with the prosecution, which authorized a search of the house, it turned out that it is used for the manufacture of antidepressant tablets and antiseptic tablets, especially in this particular circumstance that the country is going through and the fear of infection with the coronavirus and the high demand that is made on drugs.
In addition, it was found that the simplest hygienic conditions were not observed without concern for the protection of consumer safety.
The municipal health representative and the representative of the Ministry of Commerce were contacted and decided to immediately close the factory, as well as to consult the prosecution, which authorized the seizure of all goods, including 200,000 tablets and 9,000 boxes of hydro-alcoholic gel for the hands, and to open a report for opening a factory in violation of legal formulas.
