Tunisia-PM-designate Habib Jemli receives a delegation from the Voice of Farmers party

Prime minister-designate Habib Jemli received a delegation from the “Voice of Farmers” party Headed by its president deputy Faisal Tebbini at Dar Dhiafa in Carthage.
During the meeting, the party submitted to PM Jemli proposals including the neutrality of the Ministry of Agriculture and giving it a top priority. Moreover, the party asked that future ministers suspend their membership in their parties to guarantee the impartiality of their choices.
Meriem Chtioui Ben Mim, a member of the party’s Executive Board added that they requested Jemli to do more in order to advance Tunisia’s agricultural merchandise for export and to assist farmers to cope with challenging conditions.
In conclusion, the party said the PM is ready to take into consideration all the suggestions offered by the different parties included in the continuous discussions.
