Tunisia – Postponement of Hamadi Jebali hearing at anti-terrorism pole

The investigating judge at the Anti-Terrorism Judicial Pole has decided to delay the interrogation of the former prime minister, Hamadi Jebali, concerning the investigation file related to the issuance of Tunisian passports and their delivery to wanted foreigners in terrorist cases.

The investigating judge in charge of the case had previously issued two arrest warrants, against Noureddine Bhiri and Fathi Baldi, a former employee of the Ministry of the Interior, pending the continuation of research linked to the case.
