Tunisia-Probable appointment of Abdellatif Mekki and the question of taking the oath

According to reports in recent days, Abdellatif Mekki will resume his former post as head of the Ministry of Health. The problem that arises is the following: Will he be expected to take an oath before the President of the Republic when he had previously taken the oath when he was a minister in Fakhfekh government?
To answer this question, public law professor Hana Ben Abda responded that taking the oath is a mandatory procedure before each minister takes office. In addition, this assumption of office can only be done by decree of the President of the Republic, she added.
