Tunisia-Protest by Kasserine prison officers (Audio)

Prison officers under the governorate of Kasserine organized a sit-in on Monday, February 21, 2022, to demand a set of social and economic demands.
Speaking to Tunisie Numérique, Jalel Marouani, secretary-general of the Union of Kasserine prison officers, stated that they are requesting payment of overtime at night and an obligatory subsidy like internal security forces. Marouani also confirmed the continuation of the protest movements continues until their demands are met as soon as possible.
