The psychological support unit put at the service of Tunisians repatriated from Ukraine since March 3, is ensuring the follow-up of 8 Tunisians aged between 20 and 27 years, or 12% of the total number of phone calls received by the unit, Unit Coordinator Henda Chebbi stated to TAP on Friday. The toll-free number 80105050 is supervised by psychologists who provide psychological support to returnees via the Internet and refer cases in need of medical care to health facilities near their homes, she added. The received calls include requests for information and questions from the families of Tunisians in Ukraine, and irrelevant calls, she added. The Health Ministry is working in coordination with the Foreign Affairs Ministry, which had also provided a toll-free number to inform citizens about the repatriation flights’ schedule. (TAP) |
