Tunisia-Referendum: Complaints against Bouden and ISIE

Parties belonging to the “National Campaign against the Referendum”, namely the Workers’ Party, Democratic Current, Al Jomhouri and Al Qotb lodged two complaints with the public prosecutor of the Court of First Instance of Tunis.

The first concerns prime minister Najla Bouden and all the ministers for “their participation in the coup against the Constitution” with the purpose of changing the form of the state and squandering public money. The second was filed against the president and members of the Independent High Authority for Elections for the same “violations”.
