Tunisia-Referendum campaign-Afek Tounes: Principle of neutrality of the administration was not respected [Video]

In a press conference held today, Afek Tounes spokesman Anas Soltani stated that party supporters were assailed on the sidelines of their participation in a meeting organized in Regueb in Sidi Bouzid.

Remarking on the media statements of the Minister of Youth and Sports Kamel Deguiche, the official confirmed that the principle of the neutrality of the administration was not respected. “Deguiche said that the youth centres will open their doors for the launch of the explanatory campaign. We all know that public spaces will welcome those who vote yes in the referendum. On the other side, our party has been barred from holding any of its meetings in a private space,” Soltani declared.
