Lawyer of poet Sami Dhibi stated to the press this Tuesday that his client was released after his hearing at the Court of First Instance of Tunis.
The person concerned had been convicted at first instance to three months in prison, following a complaint filed against him by the Minister of Cultural Affairs concerning a post he had published on his Facebook page.
