The Indictment Chamber specializing in terrorist cases at the Tunis Court of Appeal has denied the defence request for the release of Ennahdha movement member Noureddine Bhiri, Mosaique FM reported.
It should be recollected that the first investigating judge of the Court of First Instance of Tunis had issued an arrest warrant committal Bhiri for “conspiracy against state security”, “incitement of the inhabitants to kill each other ” and “Offense to the Head of State”.
