Following a visit by the Head of State, and after having drawn out modest efforts at reconciliation through the sages of both clans, the tension rose again in Aïn Sekhouna, where the two camps clashed again. According to video footage communicated by witnesses, there was even a hostage-taking of an individual from the Hwaya of Beni Khedache.
