Tunisia – Saidane: increase in fuel prices will lead the country into high cost of living and inflation

Economy expert, Ezzeddine Saïdane told Tunisie Numeriquethat the last increase in fuel prices is inexplicable, particularly since it was around 7 %, while the price of a barrel has known sharp decline with 85 dollars after having risen to 130 dollars.

Saidane confirmed that this price increase will necessarily,  be reflected in the cost of production in all areas, and, accordingly, an increase in all prices, which will worsen inflation and train the country in a spiral of the high cost of living and inflation.
