Tunisia-Saied: “They put the ratings according to the measures they desire.”

Addressing the nation tonight on the 66th anniversary of independence day, President Kais Saied addressed briefly  Fitch Ratings which downgraded Tunisia’s Long-Term Foreign-Currency Issuer Default Rating (IDR) to ‘CCC’ from ‘B-‘.

The head of the state said, “They monopolize the ratings and declare them as they desire according to the standards they want.”
He added, “Before the revolution, they did not classify Tunisia… they now categorize it after the revolutionary explosion in our nation.”
