Tunisia-Samir Dilou:Charges against Rached Ghannouchi are punishable by death

In a statement given to Al Jazeera Tv, former member of the Ennahdha Movement Samir Dilou addressed the accusations made against  Rached Ghannouchi following the organization of a plenary session in March 30. Remembering that several deputies have been invoked by the security forces, Samir Dilou informed that the parliamentary representatives have attached themselves to article 68 of the Constitution which spares them legal proceedings in the context of their activity. According to him, the parliamentarians summoned, including Rached Ghannouchi, were charged in accordance with article 72 of the Penal Code which reserves the death penalty in the event of a conviction.
