The spokesperson for Civil Protection, Colonel Moez Triaa revealed that a school bus skidded on the road connecting Sidi Thabet to Bejaoua, this Wednesday, September 20, 2023.
The accident left thirty-five passengers wounded, who were rushed to hospitals in the capital to receive first aid, he assured.
“The bus which was transporting 52 students hit a tree, causing a blockage of the road (…) Seven Civil Protection ambulances hurried to the scene, where there were no serious injuries (…)” he specified on the airwaves of a private radio station.
