The spokesperson of the Court of First Instance of Sousse 1, Jaber Ghenimi said that the public prosecutor had commanded the opening of an inquiry and the issuance of a search warrant against the person who broadcasted a video social networks evoking the entry of a shipment of damaged wheat from Romania.
He added that the suspect did not arrive for his hearing after being summoned by the prosecution.
