The governorate of Sfax reported four deaths and 71 new infections with the coronavirus on December 3, the local health administration revealed.
The total number of infections, therefore, stands at 7,143, including 5,799 recoveries and 192 losses, since the start of the spread of the pandemic in the region, the same source said.
