The public prosecutor of the Tunis Court of first instance authorized to place in custody a sexagenarian who admitted to having raped his 8-year-old grandson. The rapist justified his abominable act by a dispute between him and his son, the latter would live in the father’s home without his consent and would have assaulted him.
The child’s medical examination confirmed the rape on several occasions.
