Tunisia – Siliana: Two schools named in names of two martyrs of the Nation

A primary school in the Al-Arousa delegation was named today, Wednesday, in honour of the martyred Commander of the National Guard, Mahmoud Al-Ferchichi. Another school in Rouhya acquired its name in honour of the martyr, Sergeant Major of the National Army, Abdel-Baki Al-Ajili. This was announced in a declaration by the Governor of Siliana, Walid Al-Abbasi.

Al-Abbasi informed TAP that these two namings act as tributes to the two martyrs and their families. He cited that the schools should be inaugurated on the anniversary of their martyrdom, underscoring the significance of providing vital support to the families of the two martyrs from the relevant authorities.

It is important to remark that the martyr, Commander of the National Guard, Mahmoud Al-Ferchichi, was killed on October 17, 2013, in the delegation of Goubellat, in the Beja region. Meanwhile, the Sergeant Major of the National Army, Abdel-Baki Al-Ajili, was assassinated on April 7, 2015.
