COVID19 crisis was a bullet of mercy to the mode of old development, Minister of Development, Investment and International Cooperation Slim Azzabi told Shems FM.
He acknowledged the impossibility to proceed in the old development mode at the level of public institutions and the level of indebtedness and the rentier economy.
He announced the end of the old development model and the development of New one based on the formulation of new policies at all levels.
No results will be expected from a model that uses patching, he added.
