Tunisia-Taboubi: ““Rights are to be taken, not requested” [Video]

UGTT  secretary general  Noureddine Taboubi stated in a speech delivered this Saturday during a workers’ rally held in Kasbah, that the country is going through a difficult period which requires more wisdom.

He condemned the detentions against trade unionists as well as the legal proceedings initiated against some of them, revealing that the UGTT will continue to defend trade union rights.

“Rights are to be taken, not requested,” he announced during his speech.
