A professor working in a middle school in Oueslatia, in the governorate of Kairouan, attempted this morning to set himself on fire in the courtyard of the school, using a bottle of gasoline that he had brought back with him.
His colleagues stopped him from taking the act by taking the bottle away from him.
The professor in question planned, in this way, to protest against the timetable that had been set for him, since he would refuse to work in the afternoons.
