Tunisia: The price of chicken increased by 14.1%

According to a note issued by the National Observatory of Agriculture (ONAGRI), the monthly average price of broiler chicken grew by 14.1%, compared to the last year (3993.9 mill/kg against 3500, 4 mills/kg. Compared to the previous month, prices during March dropped by 2.4% to 3993.9 mill/kg against 4090.4 mill/kg in February 2022.
 
By region, the average producer price in the North region (4007.9 mill/kg) was 1.3% higher than that of the Center and 0.5% higher than that of the South, adds the ONAGRI.
