Tunisia-This is why Taboubi met the French Ambassador to Tunisia

 UGTT  Secretary-General Noureddine Taboubi welcomed  French Ambassador to Tunisia, Mr André Parant. During this meeting, the French Ambassador to Tunisia emphasised the significance of supporting the Tunisian experience and securing its success. He pointed out that France is determined to continue to support Tunisia in the battle against Covid-19 and to strengthen relationships between the two peoples in the socio-economic field, welcoming as such, the national role of the UGTT during all the stages that the country has gone through.
For his part, the Secretary-General likewise referred to the visa situation for Tunisians, highlighting the search for solutions to current issues and not restricting Tunisians. He further underscored the freedom of movement, the importance of facilitating the procedures and not limiting the movements of Tunisians to help Tunisia in these circumstances to overcome the obstacles of employment, studies and others.
