Tunisia-TICAD 8: Minister of Economy receives Japanese Ambassador

Japanese Ambassador Shinsuke Shimizu was welcomed by the Minister of Economy and Planning, Samir Saïed. The meeting concentrated on the economic prospects that will open up to the two nations on the occasion of the Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD 8) which will be organized in Tunisia on the 27th and 28th of this month.
 
This meeting was likewise an opportunity to examine investment opportunities in infrastructure, as well as to improve the business climate to encourage Japanese investors to set up in Tunisia.
