Tunisia-Tourism: 70% increase in the number of tourists

Head of promotion at the Tunisian National Tourist Office (ONTT) Lotfi Mani declared on Friday, August 4, 2023, that the number of tourists grew by 70% in comparison to the same period of the previous year.

Speaking on private radio, Mani has affirmed that since the start of the year, more than five million tourists of various nationalities have visited the different regions of Tunisia.

Remember that the Central Bank of Tunisia (BCT) recently announced that tourist receipts registered a sharp increase of 50%, to reach 2.6 billion dinars, as of July 10, 2023.
