The regional director of health, Yassine Sabri revealed, this Tuesday, February 13, 2024, that the construction project of the first stage of the regional hospital in Nefta in the governorate of Tozeur should be achieved at the end of April 2024.
Sabri confirmed to the TAP that the progress rate has attained 85%, achieved with a budget of 8 million dinars.
He adds that the first phase includes the construction of a hall and intensive care services, gynaecology-obstetrics, radiology, a patient accommodation space, the establishment of a laboratory, a blood bank unit and maintenance of roadways leading to the hospital.
The official furthermore affirmed that an envelope of 2 million dinars is allocated to install an electrical network and develop other service spaces.
